How long does it take to zap my permanent jewelry?

It is a milliseconds zap, but to ensure a comfortable fit, we kindly request a 15 minute session for you to try on and choose your desired chain style and charms.

Can I take off permanent jewelry?

If, in rare circumstances, you wish to remove your permanent jewelry, you can visit our showroom where our experts can assist you, or you can carefully snip the jump ring using the back end of most scissors. After removal, be sure to store the jewelry in a safe location.

Can I re-zap my permanent jewelry?

Yes, we offer re-zapping your PJ for a small fee.

Can I perform medical checkup like MRI with the permanent jewelry?

Please consult with your doctor if the jewelry needs to be removed for your checkup. You can snip the jump ring with the back end of most scissors. The PJ can be re-zap for a small fee.

How do I take care of my permanent jewelry?
